John Walden is a Sales and Engineering Leader at World Wide Technology. Based in Southern California, John is responsible for WWT's Client Development Organization go-to-market strategy and GP growth. Additionally, John maintains program governance for solution and partner enablement. Previously at WWT, John was responsible for new programs and partnerships in support of WWT's Global Workforce Enablement Initiatives and co-led the Associate Consulting Systems Engineer program. Walden started at WWT as the Systems Engineering Leader responsible for the Consulting Systems Engineering teams covering WWT's Global Enterprise Segment in Southern California. Prior to coming to WWT, John successfully built multiple Partner practices, spent 15 years at Cisco, and 2½ years at HPE/Aruba. John’s broad base of experience is in Public Sector, Commercial and Enterprise segments, Channels, Service Delivery and Product Management. He has led and managed lines of business with varying levels of responsibility and focus, from Southern California to around the globe. Walden’s background also includes entertainment, construction, education, and logistics; and his skill set includes Business Planning, Customer Success and Satisfaction, Sales, Channel Development, Professional Services, Professional Development, Leadership, and Management. John holds an MBA from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree from Vanguard University. John is also a former Advisor for CSU Chico's Engineering Leadership Certificate Program.
