Dell PowerFlex: Operation Management 4.x Fundamentals Lab

• Explore the PowerFlex Manager UI.
• Provision storage for Linux and Windows hosts.
• Set up local protection features.

This course is designed for IT administrators looking to understand and utilize the capabilities of the Dell PowerFlex in their IT infrastructure.

This lab is designed for IT professionals and provides a foundational understanding of the PowerFlex software-defined storage platform. PowerFlex is a flexible and scalable storage solution for enterprise environments. The lab aims to help you understand the architecture of PowerFlex, configure storage resources, and perform common administrative tasks. It can be completed in approximately 2 hours.

In this lab you will have access to the following components running in our Advanced Technology Center:

• 1 x Windows 10 (Lab User Desktop)
• 3 x CentOS 8.2 (PowerFlex Management Platform aka PFMP)
• 3 x Centos 8.2 (PowerFlex Storage Nodes)
• 1 x CentOS 8.2 (Linux host for testing)
• 1 x Windows Server 2016 (Windows host for testing)
