We are celebrating India's Best Workplaces™ for Women for fostering a sense of gender equity and equality in the workplace and contributing to the vision of making India a Great Place To Work® For All™. 

Great Place To Work India applied an extremely robust methodology to determine which organizations genuinely reflect the spirit of the category and identify as India's Best Workplaces for Women. 
 

WWT India amongst top 100 Best Workplaces for Women

For each participating organization, an anonymous employee survey is conducted to understand the experience of all employees. The practices are assessed separately through a research-based framework to determine if the organization aims to create a gender-equitable culture for all employees. Additional eligibility criteria for all organizations after conducting the above assessment include: 

• Women employees constituting at least 10% of the workforce
• Women employees sharing at least 70% positive feedback on the Trust Index™ assessment, i.e. Great Place to Work globally- renowned framework used to measure employee experience
