WWT Partner Innovation Highlights S4 2025
The post provides highlights from the S4X25 security conference focusing on innovative OT security solutions.
For the last two years, I have attended S4, which is always a great conference for OT security. I highly recommend that security professionals attend if they can.
Dale Peterson (ICS Security Consultant) puts on a great event, keeping the focus on industrial security solutions and vendors, as well as low participant numbers (~2000) to allow for better interaction amongst all the participants.
I attended some great sessions this year about what security professionals are doing in the industry and wanted to share some of WWT's partners that I believe have innovative ideas.
Otorio's Exposure Management Solution
Otorio's Titan platform offers a unique Exposure Management solution that integrates with MES systems, Firewalls, Networks and other OT visibility platforms to enable device fingerprinting without a comprehensive discovery need. Then creating a Cyber Digital Twin for visualizing attack surfaces and simulating threats. This creates the ability for OT Security to see the impact changes will have on the network before they are deployed and where the biggest security risks to the business are located.
Opscura's Segmentation Solution
Opscura provides segmentation without new firewalls, switches or IP addresses by placing their device near the segmentation zone and using a span port or inline device with physical bypass, enabling traffic obfuscation and encryption.
Dispel's Secure Remote Access Platform
Dispel's platform was born from work with the DOD and adherence to security frameworks such as NIST. Dispel offers a flexible Secure Remote Access (SRA) platform with deployment options in Dispel cloud, Customer cloud and on-premises, allowing granular workflow and access assignment. Other features like session stitching and compatibility for remote operators without a quick timeout while they are working on multiple systems, make the platform adaptable to many use cases and user needs.
