Air Force UC EA

New licensing can be requested by clicking on the Software Licenses tab above.  There is a link at the top of the page to the license request form.  You will need to have or create a wwt.com account to submit a license request.  

Below is the license request process:

1. Fill out the license request form.
2. An email will be sent to your MAJCOM representative(s) requesting an approval your license request.
3. Once a MAJCOM representative approves, an email will be sent to the WWT AF UC EA licensing team alerting them to generate the requested licenses.
4. The WWT AF UC EA licensing team will generate the licenses and place the licenses in the virtual account identified in the licensing request.   For MAJCOM representatives: If you would prefer the licenses be place in a different virtual account please email AF-UC-EA-Licensing@wwt.com and let the team know what virtual account you would like the licenses transferred into.
5. Once approved,  please allow up to 3 business days before licenses are placed in your virtual account.  If you need them sooner,  please contact your MAJCOM representative(s) or email WWT licensing team at AF-UC-EA-Licening@wwt.com
6. When the licenses have been generated and place in the virtual account, a notification will be sent to the email address that was submitted on the License Request Form.

To create an account, please follow the instructions below.  

Note: You must use your @us.af.mil email address when creating the account.  Otherwise, your access will be limited.  You will not receive any marketing or unwanted emails. 

1. Click the "Log In" blue button in the top right corner.
2. Click "Register".
3. Enter your first name, last name, and email, and accept the account policies.
4. Click "Create Account."
5. An authentication code will be sent to your inbox.
6. Retrieve the code from your inbox and enter the code OR click "Log In" from the email. If you select "Log In" from the email, it will take you directly to wwt.com.
7. Click "Next."
8. A message will appear in the bottom right corner stating the registration is successful.
9. Click "View Account Settings" to make updates to your wwt.com profile.
