What is My Cisco Entitlements (MCE)?
My Cisco Entitlements (MCE) is a central depository of all your Cisco assets and entitlements. MCE provides real time insights into your business, while providing help and support for your Cisco products and services. Whether you are managing your active or expiring assets, monitoring license usage, managing user roles, etc., the MCE platform serves as a one stop shop for all your asset requirements.
Cisco- New Hardware Procurements
Download and fill-in the Custodian Form for any new procurement requests of Cisco hardware. Submit the completed Custodian Form to your BSO Administrator and Cisco reseller. Custodian Form use ensure new Cisco assets are aligned to the correct Navy Virtual Account.
Navy GEMSS Inventory Update Form - Hardware ONLY
Use the Navy GEMSS Inventory Update Form link on the left to:
- Add a hardware asset to your MCE virtual account
- Transfer hardware assets from one MCE virtual account by reassigning it to another MCE virtual account
- Remove hardware assets from your virtual account by decommissioning it from the Install base, or removing the asset completely from the contract
2024 Cisco Asset Validation Tasker
Select the link on the left to download the 2024 Navy GEMSS Asset Validation Guide. Issued by the Navy's Strategic Sourcing Services Office, the Asset Validation Guide contains step-by-step instructions to accomplish the 2024 Navy Asset Validation Task.
The 2024 Validation Task was issued by the Portfolio Office via OPNAV N2/N6 formal tasker. Task completion date will be November 29, 2024. Report completion IAW task requirements.
