What to expect
- Set a goal to run, walk, bike, or do other fitness activities.
- Track your progress on your favorite wearable tracker or on the Charity Footprints app.
- Activities can also be tracked via Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Misfit, Android wearables, or the Strava iOS/Android mobile app.
Goals and Objectives
While you can set your own goal, the goal of the coast-to-coast challenge is 300,000 steps per individual and 2.4 million per team of eight. Just average 10,000 steps a day for 30 days and you'll reach the step goal! If you're on a team and each member meets that goal, it would equal 2.4 million steps!!
Who should attend?
