Yoga Series Kick-Off (GHQ - In Person)

Event Overview

IT'S BACK! WWT Wellness is partnering with LEAD & ABLE ERG's on a weekly Mental Health Series. Each week you can participate in short activities that promote and support mental health. To kick the series off, we will have this in person yoga class lead by WWT's Meghan Horstman. YOGA FLOW: Let's get moving! This 30 minute in-person class is sure to help you move through your workday with ease! It's perfect for a quick reset, and a little will go a long way to calming and centering your mind. NEED TO KNOW: - Bring your own mat - Class begins at 11:00 AM, please arrive 10 minutes before to prepare - DOOR PRIZE WILL BE PROVIDED TO A LUCKY WINNER Space is limited. Please only register for the event if you know you'll be attending in person.

What to expect

This 30-minute in-person session is for everyBODY. This class will focus on:
  • Educating, encouraging, and demonstrating how accessible yoga is for anyone and everyone
  • Fluid movement, breath work and exploring both new and familiar yoga poses

Goals and Objectives

This in-person class will help you get moving throughout your workday with ease!  It’s a quick reset, and a little will go a long way to calming and centering your mind.
