We invite you to WWT's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Summit at our Global Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. The theme of the one-day summit is Driving Progress: The Future of DEIB at Work. The summit will take place all day on Monday, July 24th, and will feature discussions, presentations and networking opportunities with an incredible panel of presenters from KPMG, Google, UKG, Cisco and more. If you are located in the St. Louis area, we invite you to attend in person at WWT's Global Headquarters. If you are not able to attend in-person, there will be a virtual option. Bob Ferrell serves as EVP of Public Sector Strategy and EVP for Diversity & Inclusion at WWT. As EVP of Public Sector Strategy, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and revenue-generating strategies for engagements with federal, state, and local government and education organizations. As EVP for D&I, Bob is responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote a thriving diverse, equitable, ethical, and inclusive organization where employees can succeed.

Goals and Objectives

Over the course of the day, attendees will participate in discussions focused on the importance of a diverse workforce and creating a culture of inclusion. DEI leaders will offer insights on fostering the success of diverse-owned businesses through enablement and execution. Attendees will hear how companies can support non-profit organizations while strengthening communities through strategic partnerships. Leaders in ESG will discuss how organizations can manage risks and opportunities related to Environmental, Social & Governance. In person attendees will have the opportunity to networking with DEI stakeholders and leaders at WWT and our partner organizations.
