government, research institutions, universities, energy, and advanced manufacturing customers.
As Director of Data Science, Jacob leads a group in Microsoft's Azure Machine Learning organization that is responsible for building end-to-end predictive analytics solutions for internal clients and for helping partners adopt the platform. He has over two decades experience in ML and predictive analytics, focusing in particular on neural networks.
Elias Torres is the cofounder and CTO of Drift, a marketing and sales software maker. It's one of the only Latinx-founded companies to ever achieve over $1 billion valuation. Previously, Torres worked at HubSpot, Performable, Lookery, and IBM. He currently serves on the board of the Bloom Institute of Technology board, an online coding bootcamp.
