Panoptica Demo Lab

The purpose of this lab is to provide an environment for someone to quickly explore the Panoptica interface. The Cisco Cloud Native Application Protection Platform Lab is a capability of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) designed to provide an environment for gaining experience with the Cisco Security solution. The environment that supports the lab is completely virtual, removing any hardware dependencies associated with physical infrastructure. 

The purpose of the Panoptica Lab is to help you gain experience with the different aspects of Ciscos cloud native protection platform. Walking through the interface you will become acquainted with the following items:

Public Cloud

The AWS cloud depicted in this topology is a Virtual Private Cloud with multiple resources provisioned.

VPC: A Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) is a secure, isolated section of a public cloud environment that allows users to run their applications and store data in a virtualized network that they control.

Kong/Cumar: API gateway

Rancher: open-source platform that helps teams manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications. It can be used for deploying and running clusters, centralizing authentication and role-based access control.

Jenkins: CI/CD Pipeline

Lab Workstation

ATC Virtual Desktop: Gateway desktop with appropriate access and authentication.
