Great Place To Work® invites applications from organizations across industries and sectors to be considered and evaluated for being considered among India's Best Workplaces™ Building a Culture of Innovation by All 2025.
In its third edition of the study, Great Place To Work studied 1894 organizations that undertook the assessment. All these organizations underwent a rigorous assessment. As part of this assessment, the organizations are studied through two lenses.
The first lens carries 75 percent weightage and analyses confidential survey feedback that reflect employees' trust in the management team, experience and opportunity to innovate at work. This is collected through our globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index™ Survey. The second lens, Culture Audit™ carries 25 percent weightage and considers the robustness of practices & policies that foster and sustain an innovative culture, where employees feel comfortable sharing their ideas and suggestions.
Great Place To Work undertakes a robust validation process on the data gathered through the assessment process. The employee feedback from Trust Index and quality of practices highlighted by Culture Audit determines an organization's inclusion in India's Best Workplaces Building a Culture of Innovation by All 2025.
