The eligible organizations then underwent a rigorous assessment that measured the workplace experience of their millennial population as studied and captured through two lenses.

The first lens carries 75 percent weightage and analyses confidential survey feedback that reflects the millennial population's experience at the workplace. This is collected through our globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index™. The second lens, called Culture Audit™, is a proprietary tool of Great Place To Work that evaluates the robustness and quality and programmes that shape and impact the employee experience.

Great Place To Work India undertakes a robust validation process on the data gathered through the assessment process. The cumulative score of Trust Index and Culture Audit determines an organisation's position in the ranking scoreboard and helps in identifying 'India's Best Workplaces for Millennials'. No individual or jury has a say in who makes it to the list—only employee feedback and quality of Culture Audit determine if an organisation is a great workplace.

This year, we are recognizing the Top 50 organizations, split by categories: Large (Top 50) and Mid-size (Top 50). Both, Large and Mid-size winner lists are published as Top 10 followed by Top 11 to 50 in alphabetical order.
