World Wide Technology received a Campus Forward Award for Excellence in Internship Programming. This award reflects this team's unwavering commitment to creating an internship program that invests in future talent at their organization, and that is enjoyed and appreciated by interns. Excellence in Internship Programming

The WWT Internship Program places college students in roles aligned to their field of study, allowing them to gain hands-on experience supported by a dedicated manager and mentor while participating in a full-time, paid internship experience. The program curriculum provides interns time to learn about the company's history & culture and develop professional skills, both comprehensive and specific to their department through instructor-led trainings. A collaborative capstone project connects interns from various departments, and an intern alumni network and dedicated associate programs help participants hit the ground running in full-time roles at WWT. Additionally, the internship program allows full-time team members to hone their leadership skills through managerial and mentorship support, helping establish the next generation of leaders at WWT.
