WWT Partners with United Way, Makes History in St. Louis
November 12, fourteen companies, their employees and participating labor unions were recognized for combined team gifts of more than $1 million each this year. Team gifts combine the donations of employees with the company's corporate contribution. World Wide Technology was among the fourteen companies recognized for their contributions.

United Way of Greater St. Louis announced on November 12 that people in the St. Louis region rallied to raise the most ever in the agency's history – $74,352,108 – to help local residents through its community campaign.
"The theme for our victory celebration this year is 'it's all about you,'" said the United Way 2015 campaign co-chair Suzanne Sitherwood. "And that's exactly what today is about – celebrating the impact local people have made toward helping their neighbors to live their best possible lives."
The victory means more families keep a roof over their heads, more kids will go to bed with full stomachs, and more people will find the help they need, said Orvin Kimbrough, president and CEO of the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
