The partnership between Ensono and WWT was established in 2021. The partnership involves product resale for WWT's data centers and includes training, strategic services, core development curriculum around OEM specific training, and access to labs. In the future, the partnership aims to continue with the current structure while adding a Go-To-Market (GTM) aspect. This will incentivize WWT sellers to work with Ensono on Mainframe-as-a-services opportunities, with the goal of saving clients' money on their CAPEX budget so they can reinvest the savings into products sold by WWT sellers and pay them a referral fee. Ensono is a managed service provider that spans across all mission-critical IT infrastructure platforms from legacy IT environments to private and public clouds. They provide management and labor services on Mainframe (mainframe-as-a-services), IBM Power (i and AIX), mainframe optimization and consulting services as well as legacy system modernization to the public and their private cloud.
