ST. LOUIS, MO. (Oct. 21, 2024) — World Wide Technology (WWT) is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® in nearly a dozen offices across the globe, six of which are receiving first-time certifications in 2024.

The prestigious credential is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at WWT. This year, 88% of WWT employees said it's a great place to work – 30 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. To be recognized by this organization is a testament to WWT's mission to create a great place to work for all – brought to life through a steadfast commitment to foster an inclusive and positive culture of belonging that drives shared value across the organization's workforce, business and community.

WWT is honoring 11 total offices on this year's certification list, including the United States, Brazil, India, Singapore and the United Kingdom. This year's first-time certifications include WWT operations in Australia, China, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Mexico and the Netherlands.

"Great Place to Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. "By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that WWT stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

"We are thrilled to be awarded with continued and additional Great Place to Work-Certifications as we consider employee experience a top priority every day," said Bob Ferrell, WWT Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. "As an organization, it is exciting to see our global presence expand as a best-in-class workplace for those looking for a productive culture and successful, long-term future with a global leader in technology and AI."

In addition to this honor, WWT was selected by Great Place to Work to participate in "The Great Transformation," which launched last fall. In 2024, WWT was recognized once again on the Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For® list for the 13th consecutive year as well as UK's Best Workplaces and India Great Mid-Size Workplaces. In the past year, WWT also ranked on Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology™, PEOPLE® Companies that Care, India's Best Workplaces for Millennials and more.
