ST. LOUIS, MO. (Oct. 29, 2024) — World Wide Technology (WWT) has been named one of Singapore's Best Workplaces  in 2024 by Great Place to Work®, ranking fourth in the medium category. In addition, WWT received the prestigious "Legends Recognition," given to companies that have been recognized on this reputable list for at least five consecutive years and have shown a continual commitment to building a high-trust culture and fostering an environment where employees truly thrive.

WWT received this award at the Great Place to Work™ event in Singapore commemorating the 10th year of the list. Close to 350 guests attended and Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat was the guest of honor.

"This recognition on Singapore's Best Workplaces List is a great honor, made even more special by obtaining the Legends Recognition," said Bob Ferrell, WWT executive vice president, global human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion. "This significant milestone is a testament to the relentless commitment of our regional employees and teams across the globe to live by our WWT values every day and advance our collective vision to make WWT a great place to work for all."

The Singapore's Best Workplaces list is highly competitive, with Great Place To Work selecting honorees using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. To qualify, companies must be a Great Place To Work Certified™ organization and have an at least 65% score on Great Place To Work's Trust Index© Survey. Employees share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization's culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year, Great Place to Work surveyed nearly 104,000 employees in Singapore.

Great Place To Work is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated and what their workplace experience is like. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

Managing Director of Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ, Ms. Evelyn Kwek said, "We are honored to recognize WWT as one of Singapore's Best Workplaces for 2024. This achievement, determined by the voices of over 100,000 employees across the nation, is particularly significant as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of our Best Workplaces™ list in Singapore. WWT's inclusion on this prestigious list, shaped by authentic employee experiences, exemplifies our theme 'Great is Possible.' Their commitment to fostering an environment where employees thrive and innovate sets a benchmark for organizations nationwide. As we mark this milestone, WWT's recognition underscores that building a high-trust, high-performance culture is not just an aspiration, but an achievable reality that drives both business success and a great workplace."
