Shay is responsible for the diversity strategy for the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and parts of the Mid-America regions. This entails working with new and existing customers to enhance the partnership through supplier diversity, diversity & inclusion and community. Shay has worked for World Wide Technology for 19 years in two previous roles; proposal development and supplier diversity, serving as the first full-time resource dedicated to finding qualified diverse businesses to partner with. Shay resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband, James and 2 son, Grant and Dylan.
