About Gregory
As Senior Vice President of Services and Strategic Solutions, Greg Schoeny leads services sales, business development and architectures for WWT's Global Service Provider (GSP) business. This includes a portfolio of solutions across AI, mobility, security, cloud, automation and business advisory services.
Greg's organization is responsible for advising and delivering outcome-based services and solutions to WWT's GSP customers across a wide range of offerings, from on-site staffing and program outsourcing to professional services, managed services and business advisory consulting.
With more than 25 years of experience in the service provider, enterprise IT and consulting industries, Greg has deep expertise in building high-growth services businesses, scaling sales go-to-market functions and leading services sales for large global IT providers.
Before joining WWT, Greg was a Principal of Booz Allen Hamilton's Managed Threat Services business, which delivers managed cyber detection and response and consulting services to Fortune 500 enterprise clients. Booz Allen acquired Morphick, a leading managed detection and response (MDR) provider, where Greg was a Partner and Chief Revenue Officer.
Prior to Morphick, Greg spent eight years at Cisco in various leadership sales business development roles in Cisco's Global Service Provider business segment, serving global carriers across cable, media, mobility and communication service providers. Greg was previously a GM and product leader at Altafiber/CBT, a fiber-based services business.
Greg is known for his collaborative leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, empowerment and continuous learning. Greg is particularly passionate about the service provider industry, having been drawn to it early in his career while living in Denver, a hub for the telecom and cable industries. He appreciates the critical infrastructure role that service providers play in powering the modern world, from mobility and broadband to the networks that underpin our daily lives. Greg is fascinated by the constant innovation and evolution in the service provider space, which keeps him engaged and continuously learning.
Greg, his wife and their three children live in the Cincinnati area. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his local community, serving on the board of his church and participating in various mentorship and volunteer initiatives.
