About Adam
Adam Dumey is a technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, specializing in scaling AI, Autonomous Retail, and Cloud computing across public and commercial sectors. As a trusted advisor to Boards and C-suite executives on AI implementation and digital transformation, his expertise has driven multi-million dollar efficiency gains and revenue growth for Fortune 500 companies.
Currently leading WWT's Global Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Retail organization, Adam develops strategies that help customers increase revenue, optimize operations, and strengthen market position. He integrates WWT's partner ecosystem, including Nvidia, Dell, Crowdstrike, and Cisco, with comprehensive service offerings spanning business strategy, cybersecurity, technical architecture, digital design, and staffing support.
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Adam led Global GTM activities for autonomous retail technology and headed a Customer Experience team focused on AI adoption. His work encompassed contact center modernization, omni-channel engagement, and personalization strategies. His innovative contributions led to a USPTO filing in computer vision AI.
During his tenure at IBM, Adam held various leadership roles in sales, implementation, and alliances, focusing on AI solution development and scaling. He received three USPTO patents for semantic search and knowledge graph innovations. Earlier, at the FBI, he modernized operational systems and earned the Director's Award for his technical leadership.
Adam holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. His credentials include PMP and PgMP certifications from PMI. He is a published psychology researcher with work in Memory & Cognition and serves as Faculty at the Stakeholder Leadership Governance Institute. He has been recognized in the HITEC 100 (2022 and 2023) as one of the most distinguished Hispanic executives in technology.
Adam serves as a Board Director with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and consults for the Aspen Institute's Sports & Society program, demonstrating his commitment to community impact and healthy living.
