I joined WWT in June 2023, on the IT Product Management team as a Customer Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting Verizon and Telcobuy. Prior to joining WWT, I spent ten years working for a project-based logistics company in both an individual contributor role and a leadership role. I gained valuable experience and expertise in managing complex projects. Throughout my time there I helped facilitate the onboarding of projects, new technology, and process initiatives with the overall goal of improving customer experience. On a personal note, I am the proud mom of two kids, Collin and Mia. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for many years. When I am not busy working, I love spending time cheering on our kids as they compete in their various sports activities. It brings me great joy to see them pursue their passions. I'm excited about my opportunity here at WWT and look forward to building strong relationships with both the internal stakeholders and our clients. I appreciate the support as I continue to learn and grow in this new role and expand my skills and knowledge to help drive success.
