As Director of Customer Experience - Success, Amanda leads a team of CX professionals focused on driving utilization, consumption and long-term success of Enterprise Agreements, Whole Portfolio Agreements and Recurring Revenue contracts. The goal of the CX practice is to provide WWT customers with holistic support throughout the full lifecycle (pre- and post-signature) of their technology investment, utilizing WWT’s EA+ methodology to understand environmental requirements, future visions and planned objectives. Prior to joining WWT in 2019, Amanda spent 10 years at an international law firm, supporting the implementation, utilization and adoption of technical capabilities within the legal sector.
