About Chester
Chester Gloyd is WWT's Executive Vice President of Program Management and is responsible for maintaining the world-class execution of WWT's global supply chain programs for many of the company's largest clients across all industries.
An outcomes-focused leader, Chester is passionate about driving exponential innovation and value to WWT clients through collaboration, dedication to quality delivery, sharing of best practices and commitment to transparency. His team is also responsible for forecasting inventory across WWT's entire business operation to ensure the company can swiftly bend and flex to meet the needs of clients in a constantly evolving tech landscape.
Chester brings over 30 years of experience in managing continuous improvement and profitability of major supply chain programs. He joined WWT in 1998 as a consultant brought on to build WWT's ERP practice. By 2005, he took responsibility for the program management team and has since grown the organization globally. Prior work experience includes Andersen Consulting, which was rebranded as Accenture.
An advocate for WWT's core values and award-winning culture, Chester is committed to fostering a workplace that emphasizes teamwork and creates professional development opportunities for all.
Chester holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri, and he remains engaged with the Mizzou Alumni Association.
He lives in St. Louis with his wife, with whom he has two adult children. He is a director of Warriors Against Melanoma, a non-profit organization founded by his wife that is dedicated to promoting education about skin cancer risks and advocating for the use of sunscreen. Hobbies outside of work include Mizzou sports and boating.
