Fred Armstrong is a Global Technical Solutions Architect with World Wide Technology's End User Computing Global Solutions and Architecture team (GS&A). With over 20 years of experience in deployment and maintenance of endpoints and infrastructure managed by Microsoft, VMware, Tanium, Citrix and others, he has specialized in designing and implementing best of breed endpoint imaging and provisioning processes for enterprise class environments. Fred has experience architecting large scale deployments across small and medium businesses, Fortune 500 companies, privately owned businesses, as well as US Federal agencies - with device counts ranging from 1k to over 400k. Additionally, he has experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare, SLED, and DoD (where he maintains a security clearance). His current certifications include: MCSE in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, M365 Modern Desktop Administrator, and M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert. Fred is currently focused on providing customers with an OEM agnostic approach to strategic and emerging Modern Device Management solutions, and assisting with selecting and designing the best solution to meet complex organizational requirements while improving the end-user experience.
