My background is in scientific data processing and algorithm development, however my career took a turn into mobile application development several years ago. My passion is software engineering development practices and architecture, and I enjoy teaching best practices for agile software engineering teams. I have a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine (Go Anteaters!) and am a naturalized US citizen.
