Jack joined WWT in March of 2008. Initially responsible for supporting the western half of the United States, Jack worked with a great team of professionals focused on building up Engineering, PMO and Regional Management. After successfully growing that market, Jack now leads a global team of technical staff supporting IS deployments, 24x7, across all verticals. The teams that Jack oversees include: Engineering and Architecture, Command Center, Managed Services, Partner Management and Practice Development. Continued emphasis and reinforcement of WWT’s Integrated Leadership and Management philosophy has cultivated the driving mission of the IS Engineering team to take care of our people who in turn will take care of our customers, striving for 100% customer delight.
