My background: 10 years at a national CLEC in operations, engineering, and CTO architecture team designing, testing, and supporting one of the first large MPLS national networks to support VoIP and SIP trunking, business class VPN services. 8 years at Cisco as an SE calling on a national Managed Hosting, Cloud, and wireline provider. Built early cloud infrastructure architectures that eventually became Cisco CVD's (VPDC) and Gartner Quadrant leader quadrant public clouds. 6+ years at WWT as a CSA, focused primarily on next generation networks for MSO, Wireline, Wireless, and OTT customers. Focus large provider core, edge, network services. Current Focus: Right now my focus is on 5G xHaul architectures with SDN and TE based analytics for network slicing, advancement of Segment Routing, and a general full 5GS architecture for customer enablement.
