As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for North America at WWT, Jim Mazzio is responsible for leading the sales go-to-market and driving innovative technology solutions to enterprise organizations — a segment that generates more than $10 billion in revenue annually. 

Jim is passionate about driving a strong, collaborative culture within his team and ensuring WWT meets its ambitious financial and sales goals. He leads a team of seasoned sales leaders across North America, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their objectives. He also maintains executive alignment and develops deep, trusted advisor relationships with both customers and strategic partners. 

With more than 25 years of experience at WWT, Jim has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of WWT's enterprise business. He started at the company as an individual contributor in the federal division, before transitioning to lead our state, local and education (SLED) business for several years. He then moved into enterprise sales, helping to build that division into the largest part of WWT's operations. Jim has held leadership roles as a Regional Director, Area Vice President and Vice President of the Central US region, before being promoted to his current position as SVP of Enterprise Sales for North America in 2021.

Prior to joining WWT, Jim spent eight years in the copier and document management business, the first four of which were on straight commission selling copiers door-to-door. He is proud of his humble beginning, crediting it with providing invaluable training that helped develop his strong work ethic and selling skills. 

Jim is known for his direct, high-energy leadership style. He believes in giving his team the autonomy to do their jobs while ensuring they consistently push the envelope and overachieve. He values open, honest communication as an essential component to driving real, meaningful outcomes. 

Outside of work, Jim is passionate about health and fitness. He is an avid hiker, weightlifter and podcast listener. However, he spends most of his free time with his growing extended family, which includes several grandchildren. Jim and his wife live in Austin, Texas.
