Prior to being promoted to the Director of Product Ownership at World Wide Technology - Application Services, I was an Agile Coach supporting teams and clients across AS. In addition, I have held various roles including IT manager, scrum master, and agile business analyst. Through out my career, I have championed product ownership on multiple internal and client teams. At my previous company, I successfully led their agile transformation, working closely with the business to build their product owner role. As part of my current role, I've been responsible for building the product ownership practice in Application Services at World Wide Technology, training both internal and client product owners and agile business analysts in product ownership and helping them successfully define and deliver valuable software products. I hold a Master’s in Biology and Biomedical Sciences from Washington University - St. Louis and have worked in IT for almost 20 years at multiple companies across multiple industries.
