Mike has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years; 17 of those focused on Collaboration. Over the years Mike has held Engineering positions providing support for Route/Switch, Security and Unified Communication. Currently, Mike provides Pre-Sales and Engineering support globally for WWT's Collaboration practice. As a Technical Solutions Architect, he focuses on developing, supporting and deploying Collaboration demo's and POCs for Cisco and Microsoft solutions in the ATC."
