I've been part of WWT since 2017. In 2022, I moved to the Recurring Revenue CX team. (Previously, I was part of the Professional Services family for over four years, working as a Program Manager with several teams to deliver customer-satisfying projects relating to automation, data center migrations, and network transformations, to name a few.) My project and program management experience crosses into my current role as a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager. The purpose of the Onboarding and Integration Team is to ensure that the customer is fully educated on the various technologies encompassed within and afforded to them within their Enterprise Agreement (EA). The goal of our team is to provide the customer with an understanding of the holistic scope of the EA – entitlements, growth allowance, True Forwards, etc. – and help the customer plan for success to achieve their business goals. This insight culminates through a customized success roadmap, identifying key initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, etc. On a personal note, I was born and raised in central Ohio. I live in central Ohio with two kids - a high school junior and a college senior. We are a baseball/fast-pitch softball family and spend most days on a field. When I'm not in "mom mode," I enjoy working with my hands- yard work, home improvements, and being artsy. I also enjoy staying active by rollerblading on various trails throughout Ohio, playing in softball leagues, being part of a running group, and kayaking at a local watering hole. Most recently, I've taken up skydiving.
