Mike has been with World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) since 2005, serving within Federal Sales Operations and Corporate Business Development, Professional Services, and now Human Resources. While working in Federal Sales Operations, seven of the nine years involved managing the daily operations of several Government-wide Acquisition contracts. Some of Mike's tasks included reporting spend, TAA information, delivery statuses, as well as supporting the inside sales teams on what could be quoted on particular contracts. While working in the Service Request Center (SRC), Mike focused on assisting WWT account teams develop winning Statements of Work and pricing quotations for North American Integration Center (NAIC) Services and Professional Services engagements. Mike moved on from the SRC to Professional Services, serving as a Federal Regional Manager, supporting the Air Force, Federal Healthcare, and Civilian Agencies services projects. In Mike's current role as Sr. Manager of WWT's Small Business Program, he is responsible for the Small Business Commercial Plan that is submitted to General Services Administration (GSA), as well as any auditing from a Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or Small Business Administration (SBA) perspective. He is also engaged in growing WWT's spend through small and diverse suppliers. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
