As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Development and Client Enablement, Nicole Tate oversees the strategic initiatives and operations for WWT's sales organization. She is focused on driving process improvements, enhancing tools and data systems, and enabling the sales teams to be more effective and efficient so they can better serve WWT's clients. Nicole also leads enterprise business development efforts, cultivating relationships and proactively engaging in the field to understand industry-specific needs and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Since joining WWT in 1998, Nicole has held various leadership roles, from supporting global clients in our former Oracle consulting group to managing critical business applications in IT to driving strategic initiatives and enterprise-level business development. This breadth of experience has uniquely positioned Nicole to oversee WWT's sales transformation and client-facing efforts in her current role.

Known for her honest and direct approach, Nicole believes that open communication is essential for driving change and growth. Her leadership style is heavily influenced by her early consulting days, emphasizing high-quality, timely work and a service-oriented mindset. Nicole is passionate about ensuring all perspectives are heard and considered to drive the best outcome.

Outside of WWT, Nicole is deeply committed to her community. She is an active volunteer, serving on the boards of the Npower Missouri, St. Louis Police Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of St. Louis. Her passion for nature and social justice drives her involvement in these organizations, as she believes in providing opportunities and resources to those who may have faced challenges in life.

Nicole and her husband live in St. Louis and have four children, who are a constant source of inspiration and motivation. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hands-on hobbies such as sewing, gardening and crafting.
