I currently lead the Network, Cloud, and Testing Services teams within Lab Services at World Wide Technology, where we design, build, and test technical solutions to help Customers make confident decisions about their technology stack. I have a strong passion for automation and previously led a team dedicated to building internal applications that significantly improved efficiency and consistency across our organization. I started at World Wide Technology as an intern in 2012 and joined the Internal IT Network team before transitioning to ATC Lab Services in 2017 as a Network Architect. There, I designed and supported customer-facing Proofs of Concept (PoC) environments and helped develop automation to make building and executing PoCs easier. I stepped into a leadership role in 2019 to help manage our Engineering resources and start up our Project Intake team. Over the years I have acquired the teams I have today and have played a key role in shaping how we operate as a business.
