Phil is a TOGAF v9-certified enterprise architect with over twenty years of expertise and diverse in-depth experience in multiple industries including but not limited to digital media, commercial, financial, medical research, biopharmaceutical, military, and government. My pragmatic approach to solution design has tried to take an administrative viewpoint. This perspective focuses on creating a solution with practical benefits that can grow and expand without outgrowing the original intent. This viewpoint started back when I was a synthetic organic chemist (aka lab rat) turned systems administrator for several biotech firms in San Diego.
