Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, with a strong background leading teams through the full project lifecycle, from onboarding to delivery, ensuring exceptional customer delight and retention. Passionate about fostering strong partnerships, mentoring teams, and driving continuous process improvement. Currently based in the Tampa Bay Region of Florida. I am bilingual in English and Tagalog (native language of The Philippines) and hold dual citizenship. Love to travel and have so far visited 43 US states and 21 countries; not counting airport layovers. Enjoy non-Hollywood movies/shows, cooking, and sometimes dabble in basic sewing.
