Lassen, who previously led employee advocacy initiatives for Lockton Companies (Midwest), co-manages WWT's employee advocacy program with Emily Robinson under the guidance of EVP of HR, Bob Ferrell. She manages WWT's Employee Resource Groups, Storytelling Platform, Listening Sessions, and workforce engagement activities. Lassen is a Houston, TX native and holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
