About Tim
As the Executive Vice President of Sales Operations, Tim Loughman leads a global team that strives to deliver world-class customer experiences to client organizations across the world.
Driven by a passion for innovation, teamwork and collaboration, his team oversees all aspects of global sales operations including inside sales, pre-sales, technical services, asset and lifecycle management operations, business analytics, contract management, sales ops automation and pre- and post-sales customer service support.
Throughout Tim's 30-year career at WWT, he has been influential in the organization growing from a small value-added reseller into a global technology powerhouse that stands as a market leader in helping clients innovate and transform.
Tim's passion for learning and embracing change has permeated throughout his entire organization and has been a key enabler of WWT's ability to service clients in emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, advanced networking and digital solutions. He has helped build and scale the sales operations team to handle the complex and diverse client needs of a rapidly transforming economy and industry landscape.
Tim has developed and implemented best practices, processes and platforms to enable WWT's sales field to be more efficient and effective, and continuously fosters a culture of high-performance teamwork, trust and respect that is a staple of WWT's award-winning culture.
Tim's passion for connecting with people and making an impact on their lives has made him a prime example of WWT's core values and IML principles in action. He is actively involved in training and coaching new and existing employees.
Prior to joining WWT, Tim worked for McDonnell Douglas Missiles Systems Company in various business management activities supporting defense contracts.
He is also committed to giving back to the community and supporting various causes, including the Ronald McDonald House, YMCA and Alzheimer's Association. He serves as president of the board of DeSmet High School's hockey program.
Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, fishing and learning new things. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
