About Tom
As Executive Vice President of WWT's Delivery and Engineering organization, Tom is responsible for the distribution and execution of an array of technology and consulting services our customers rely on to turn their ideas into outcomes.
With over 20 years' experience at WWT, Tom has a unique and intimate understanding of enterprise IT and how it can be deployed at scale within an organization to drive transformational business outcomes — everything from basic refreshes to complex cloud and software solutions and everything in between.
Tom is a people-focused leader with a dedication to doing whatever it takes to get the job done and is most comfortable when getting his hands dirty in working with customers to craft a vision and work toward a plan to execution.
During his time with WWT, Tom has helped drive considerable services revenue growth, helped spearhead the development of our Command Center — a virtual platform featuring on-call engineers, architects, consultants, labs, testing environments, technology partners and automations — and guided evolution of our strategic resourcing practice.
Tom, who began his career with WWT as a project engineer in 2001, is an advocate for WWT's world-class culture and cares as much about his colleagues personally as he does professionally. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys the outdoors — hunting, fishing and camping — and volunteering his time with his local church. He lives in Edwardsville, Illinois, with his wife Peggy and has two grown children, Bobby and Bridgett, as well as two dogs, Copper and Rambo.
