Wade Van Guilder is a distinguished leader in the technology solutions sector, currently serving as the AVP of SLED Solutions and Architecture (S&A) at World Wide Technology (WWT). In this role, he spearheads the State & Local Government and Education (SLED) Solutions and Architecture team, driving the delivery of impactful business solutions by aligning top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with premier service delivery teams. The S&A Team is made up of specialists focused on the innovation verticals of AI & Automation, Cyber Security, Workforce Transformation, Cloud and Datacenter Architecture, and Digital Strategy. Collaborating closely with customers, WWT account teams, OEMs, and service providers, the S&A team ensures the successful design and delivery of solutions within these verticals. In support of the Public Sector market, Mr. Van Guilder has served on multiple technical advisory councils focused on helping various OEMS improve the impact they have on serving our government. He is passionate about driving business impact through the effective use of secure technology. His deep experience in the IT sector, particularly within the Department of Defense and Federal Healthcare markets, showcases his ability to lead teams and develop impactful solutions. His early roles as a telecommunications professional and network engineer provided a strong foundation for his later achievements at Cisco Systems and Symantec. His career trajectory demonstrates a consistent dedication to enhancing technological capabilities in critical sectors. Mr. Van Guilder graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Computer Engineering Degree, holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and maintains his Professional Engineering (PE) License in the state of Minnesota for electrical engineering.
