Zack Pearson is a dedicated professional with a robust background in technical writing and partner alliances. He began his journey at World Wide Technology (WWT) as an intern in Professional Services. After graduating in 2016, Zack moved to the Technical Services team as a Technical Writer. In this role, he significantly enhanced documentation standards, developed a comprehensive project management playbook, and optimized billable engineering hours through effective engagement. In May 2018, Zack transferred to the Global Partner Alliances organization, where he supported the Dell Technologies and VMware partnerships. His contributions have been instrumental in elevating these partnerships through the creation of strategic playbooks, enablement initiatives through training and programs, and insightful data analysis. Currently, Zack serves as the Global Partner Manager for Cyber Security, where he leverages his expertise to foster strong relationships with key Cyber partnerships. Zack holds a BS in Technical Communication with a History minor from Iowa State University and an MBA with a Project Management emphasis from Webster University.
