AI & Data Readiness Workshop
The AI and Data Workshop is designed to explore the current state and future potential of AI in your organizaion. The workshop covers an introduction to AI trends and technologies, a collaborative session to identify high-priority outcomes, and an evaluation of the current AI and data landscapes. Participants will also engage in strategic discussions around data preparation, and use case development, culminating in a collaborative ideation session to categorize AI objectives and solutions.
Goals & Objectives
The AI and Data Workshop is a comprehensive 4-hour session designed specifically for technical business leaders. The workshop aims to provide a deep dive into the current state and future potential of AI within the industry, focusing on practical applications and strategic planning.
The session begins with a 45-minute introduction and overview of AI and workshop objectives. This segment includes a discussion on the current trends in AI, highlighting key technologies such as Digital Twin, Vision AI, and Agentic AI, along with high-value, low-complexity use cases.
The workshop then shifts into a 90-minute discussion about AI goals and the current state. This includes a Voice of the Customer (VoC) session to identify known outcomes and uncover additional high-priority outcomes. Participants will also evaluate their current AI and data landscapes to assess readiness for AI initiatives.
The next hour is dedicated to developing AI strategies and plans for the future state. This involves data preparation and strategy mapping, as well as use case development. Participants will collaboratively ideate and categorize AI objectives and solutions using the straws, sticks, and bricks approach, which helps in identifying quick wins, intermediate projects, and long-term foundational ideas.
The workshop concludes with a 30-minute review and Q&A session, summarizing key points and discussing additional areas where AI can provide value. Optional topics such as infrastructure planning, data sharing strategies, and AI security are also available for discussion
