ATC Lab Services Workshop

A WWT ATC Lab Services Workshop is facilitated by a member of the Lab Services team, with the primary objective to review and further develop use cases and determine what type of lab engagement best suits a customer and their testing objectives. Prior to an in-depth workshop, the Lab Services Business Development manager will conduct a technical briefing to educate the customer on lab services. The purpose of a lab services briefing is to pre-qualify the engagement before the workshop is conducted. The assigned account team (account manager, consulting systems engineer) will participate to ensure a successful workshop.
