Omnissa Workspace One & Carbon Black: Providing End-to-End Security for Devices

Omnissa Workspace ONE (Formerly VMware) delivers the foundation of the modern Digital Workspace, simply and securely delivering and managing any app, on any device, from anywhere. Access control, application management and unified device management are integrated together to provide a holistic platform for empowering user productivity while maintaining enterprise security regardless of application, location or device type.

VMware Carbon Black is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that provides next-generation antivirus (NGAV), endpoint detection and response (EDR), advanced threat hunting, and vulnerability management in a single console using a single lightweight agent installed on Windows, MacOS and Linux devices.

This lab provides an overview of Omnissa Workspace One UEM, Omnissa Workspace One Intelligence and VMware Carbon Black to deliver a secure workspace environment. The lab starts by checking the compliance of a device, bringing the device into compliance to meet corporate standards, stopping attacks as they happen and finally, informing all relevant parties of actions taken to stop attacks.
