VMware Workspace One - Intelligent Hub and Self Support Portal Lab

VMware Workspace ONE delivers the foundation of the modern Digital Workspace, simply and securely delivering and managing any app, on any device, from anywhere. Access control, application management and unified device management are integrated together to provide a holistic platform for empowering user productivity while maintaining enterprise security regardless of application, location or device type. 

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and the Self Service Portal gives the user the ability to manage their devices, access and install applications, receive key notifications, conduct people searches, collect logs, find lost devices and more achieve their optimal efficiency.

This lab provides an overview of Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and the Self Support Portal.

In this lab you will gain experience with the following:

• Installing the Workspace One Intelligent Hub application
• Enrolling a windows device into in Workspace One UEM using Intelligent Hub
• Becoming familiar with Intelligent Hub features
• Becoming familiar with the Self Support portal features
• Installing a Windows native x86 application via the Unified Catalog in Workspace One Intelligent Hub

• Cloud-hosted VMware Workspace ONE UEM Tenant
• Client Windows VM hosted in the WWT ATC
