Digital Workspace is defined as the collection of secure personalized digital devices that a person uses to do their work in the digital economy. His expertise includes the interweaving of SaaS offerings, cloud/hybrid/ onpremise architectures, cross platform solutions, and emerging technologies to meet the business requirements of Large Scale organizations.
• Responsibility for aligning and defining complex solutions and strategies that match the business objectives for Fortune 500 clients, global Enterprises and US Federal Agencies. • Engage with the C-suite executive leadership, technology product owners, line of business owners to inform them on industry trends, emerging technology and strategic solution capabilities • Facilitate workshops for customer’s senior leaders and executive management on business-focused use cases and requirements. Mapping these business requirements to functional capabilities and translating them to a relevant weighted matrix of technical and business requirements for the delivery of multifaceted solutions. • Organize teams of technology domain subject matter experts to support our customers in architecting, validating, implementing and supporting business transformational programs. These Digital Workspace programs are focused on Unified Device Management, Collaboration (Voice/Video/Web Conferencing), Application delivery, Endpoint security, data architecture (on-prem/hybrid/cloud/XaaS), segmentation, Compliance, Transport (network, Wireless, Mobile), Process, and Support. • Design the methodology, staffing models, migration services and over-arching program/project management services construct necessary to align the various workstreams required to deliver these complex architectures to multiple Global customers with in excess of 70,000+ users globally. (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
